Our Villas
Since 2002, Villagio Magnolia has been hosting guests from all over the world. The building complex is located in Syvros, a picturesque village in the southern part of Lefkada with several springs, streams, waterfalls and old water mills.
It comprises 4 houses surrounded by an area of 8000 sq.m with beautiful gardens, big trees, lawn, countless flowers and a superb view of the Vasiliki bay and the Ionian sea

There is a 23m x 10m swimming pool, a big BBQ area and each house has its own comfortable marble table inside a dreamy garden.
The whole complex is enclosed by a 3m high stone wall, ensuring privacy and safety.
There is a private car park a stone’s throw from the complex exclusively for our guests.
